Director & Owner
I'm Angela, a land acquisition and disposal specialist with over 15 years' experience across strategic land promotion, planning and housebuilding.
After working my way up to Managing Director of a national land promotion company, I set out to build something of my own - a business rooted in straightforward guidance, honest conversations and relationships you can trust.
Based in Cheshire, I work with landowners and developers across England, combining deep industry knowledge with a personal, transparent and hands-on approach. I always go the extra mile to find outcomes where everyone walks away a winner.
Outside of work, you'll find me exploring the Cheshire countryside with my husband, our two young children and our fox-red Labrador, or hosting a BBQ for family and friends.
